Skimmed Milk Powder is produced from pure, natural fresh cow’s whole milk. After separation of the whole milk into cream and skimmed milk, the liquid skimmed milk is pasteurised, standardised, evaporated into a concentrate and then spray dried into powder form. Skimmed Milk Powder offers excellent functional and nutritional properties. It is important to protect Milk Powder against moisture, oxygen, light and heat in order to maintain the quality and shelf life.
